Join Reef Check Australia for our DIY Beeswax Wraps for the Reef workshop at Stockland, Aitkenvale on Saturday 19th September or Sunday 20th September! We'll supply all the materials, you just turn up! Let us show you how quick (less than 30 minutes!) and easy it is to make these fun and eco friendly alternatives to glad wrap. Fill the fridge with our ocean themed prints, reduce your impact on reefs and oceans and support a great cause while you're at it! 

Made with 100% cotton fabric infused with all natural, food grade beeswax which is naturally antibacterial, beeswax wraps are safe to wrap around food products and containers and can be used over and over. Pick a shark or seahorse themed print or even a bee print for you landlubbers!

Your ticket includes one 25cm x 25cm 100% cotton and locally sourced beeswax wrap that we will show you how to make in our 30 minute workshop AND instructions to take home for when you inevitably want to make more ;) ! Extra wraps will also be available for purchase at a discounted rate for workshop attendees for $10 on the day. We will also have a range of Reef Check Australia branded items available for purchase if you want to show your Reef Check Australia colours to the world!

Please note: Children under 12 will need to be accompanied by a guardian. If you are feeling unwell, please let us know in advance so we can refund your ticket or organise to get your wrap to you another way!

This workshop is supported by Stocklands Aitkenvale and our wonderful Reef Ambassadors. Funds raised will allow us to continue monitoring the health of the reefs right on our doorstep and spread our vision of empowering people to save our reefs and oceans!
