Join Reef Check Australia for a Reef Blitz clean up at Alma and Geoffrey Bay! Help protect our oceans AND track debris to the source.

This clean up event is part of a larger initiative to clean up Townsville and monitor debris loads over time using the Tangaroa Blue protocols. Help collect REAL data and clean up our oceans.

***Meet at Alma Bay 9 am for a site and safety briefing. All clean up materials will be provided (gloves, bags etc).

Don't forget to bring/wear:

- Closed toed shoes (especially if you want to clean rocky areas)
- Hat
- Reusable water bottle
- Sun glasses
- Sun screen
