This month is Plastic Free July and we introduce to you.....Diana Condylas from Plastic Free Townsville, an initiative of the Plastic Free Places program run by the Boomerang Alliance.

Plastic Free Places are a not-for-profit organisation working on waste minimisation and recycling in Australia, currently comprised of 51 national, state and local allies from Adelaide to Noosa to Townsville to Perth. They research key issues, develop policy, undertake education, and campaign for best practice laws and programs by government and business. Diana is a connector and a communicator, with a passion for community having been involved in health, environmental consciousness and thought-provoking conversation to strengthen the community.

So if you want to learn about the trials and tribulations of the Plastic free movement and grab some hot tips this Plastic Free July then add this event to your calendar. At 6.25pm Thursday, July 23rd, grab yourself a drink, get comfortable and tune in online. Please note that you will need to register as 'going' to get access to the link.

Get online at 6.25pm for a 6.30pm start. The talk goes for 30 minutes, with time for questions afterwards. Time to join in, be inspired, learn something new and go back to dinner before anyone notices you are missing!
