Australia Data
Reef Check Australia's data are available on Google Earth through Reef Check Australia.KMZ (2.75 MB, right-click to save). The Google Earth application is required. Make sure you are using the latest version of Google Earth to see the most updated layer.

The map above illustrates the location of some of our survey sites in Queensland.
Worldwide Data
All our data is sent to Reef Check Headquarters where it is integrated into a global database. We also store the data in Australia so that it can be made available to Australia's scientists and managers. We are currently setting up systems up to make our data available to scientists on the CRC/Aims Reef Futures website. Our data will become more and more important the longer we collect it because we are interested in long-term trends as well as providing managers with an 'early warning' of particular impacts, e.g. the incidence of coral bleaching and disease.
Web Reef Advisory System: This collaboration between Reef Check and Reef Base provides an online tool to review Reef Check survey data from around the world.
